Multiple Addresses
If you are using our Corporate Order Discount Program, you will receive Free Shipping to one address in the continental US. If you need to ship your corporate orders to multiple addresses, The Irish Crystal Company® will accommodate your request for a nominal fee of $9 per address.

You can send us a list of addresses via e-mail, fax or overnight mail. When filling out an order form, please enter "will send list" in the Comments area. Our fax number is (314) 965-5859 and letters can be sent overnight to The Irish Crystal Company® 104 N. Kirkwood Road St. Louis, Missouri 63122.

Tracking Numbers
Upon request, we will provide you with USPS, UPS or FedEx tracking number for each package in your order.

Enclosure Cards
We will gladly print and attach a Gift Message with your personalized message to any order. You can also send us your Gift Cards or letters to be enclosed with the gifts. Please mention that request in the Comments Area. Please make sure that you have typed the message exactly as you would like it to appear. We will not make any corrections to the message as some of them are actually written in different languages. The Enclosure Card is inserted in a matching envelope and put inside the gift box, thereby preventing it from being lost in the packaging.

Gift Wrapping
We will Gift Wrap Free of charge all your gift selections. We offer 4 types of high quality paper; White Swirls, Holiday, Male All Occasion, Female All Occasion when you add gift wrapping in the product detial page you will have the choice to choose the white, or the three special occasion wrapping papers. The paper selection can be made on our product detial pages.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, as well as corporate checks for larger orders. To place an order that will be paid by corporate check, please place your order over the phone with a customer service representative at 1-800-581-0947. Engraving
We are typically able to engrave most pieces we currently offer. We can engrave your company logo and appropriate message according to your instructions. Please visit our Engraving Page for more information on these services.
